The TPDS Heavy Load Tactical Main Parachute (TPDS-HLT-M) is a high-performance, nine-cell elliptical canopy engineered specifically for the TPDS-HLT harness/container system. With a medium-high aspect ratio and moderate taper, it offers an ideal balance of glide, control, and stability under heavy loads.
Constructed from a blend of 1.1 oz ripstop nylon and zero-porosity (ZP) fabric, the HLT-M is classified as a hybrid canopy, combining durability with responsive flight characteristics. This premium material combination ensures consistent performance throughout the canopy’s service life.
All HLT-M models are designed to deliver reduced toggle pressure, enhancing user control while reducing fatigue. The canopy’s improved flare response provides superior landing performance, making it a reliable choice for tactical operations that demand precision and consistency.
